JETHROW'S FUTURE: We are not actively searching for a new home for Jethrow. He is very loved here, fits comfortably into our lives, and we are perfectly happy continuing to campaign him in conformation and sports while enjoying him as part of our family. At the same time, we recognize that sometimes an exceptional home comes along when you aren't looking for one. If the right forever home ever presented itself, one where Jethrow could be someone's incredibly loved and cherished companion, we would be open to that conversation. There is no timeline and absolutely no urgency; finding the right home matters infinitely more than finding a home.

SPORTS & TITLING: While Jethrow has already proven himself to be very competitive in conformation, earning his Grand Champion title with ease, he is a pretty simple guy and doesn't have a serious desire to be involved in sports. If his owner would like to dabble, I'm sure he would be more than willing to give it a go, but there is no requirement for his future home to do competitive sports with him. He is content hanging out in the house or yard and doing normal daily things with his owners. 

RESPONSIBLE OWNERSHIP: Jethrow is an intact male bull breed dog and, although he is easygoing and enjoyable to live with, we expect his future owners to practice responsible management. This includes having secure fencing or an appropriate containment system, not leaving him loose outdoors unattended, and keeping him leashed or on a long line where appropriate in public or higher-traffic environments. He is not an escape artist and is not difficult to manage, but owning an intact male bull breed dog comes with an added level of responsibility and awareness that his new home should be comfortable with.

TRAINING & PHYSICAL EXERCISE: Jethrow's ideal new home will be happy to keep up on his public and home manners and will see value in keeping him in good physical condition. This includes but is not limited to feeding a good diet, participating in safe physical exercises, and occasionally enrolling in group training classes to brush up on skills if needed.

CONTRACT: Jethrow may be available on a pet home contract (no breeding rights) or, to an appropriate home, through a co-ownership agreement (breeding rights retained by us) and expectations discussed individually. While Jethrow possesses qualities we feel are absolutely worth preserving within our breeding program, our priority above everything else is finding the right lifelong home where he will be deeply loved, well cared for, and appreciated for who he is.

VET CARE & HEALTH MANAGEMENT: It is very important to us that Jethrow's future owners remain proactive about his health and have a realistic plan for unexpected veterinary expenses, whether through pet insurance, dedicated savings, or another reliable option. Jethrow is currently insured through Trupanion with their optional Recovery and Complimentary Care coverage, and his existing policy will be transferred to his new family.
